Mobile Survey
With Unwire Mobile Survey, you can easily create surveys and receive feedback from your end users and customers, regardless of time and place. When end users are out, they mostly have their phones with them, and therefore they can still submit their responses during or shortly after an event has occurred or a purchase is made. Through the use of Mobile Survey companies receive more and meaningful feedback from their customers, while it is most critical to them.
Unwire’s solution supports different types of questions and possible answers that can be posted quickly and easily directly in the system. Collected data can be continuously monitored and the results may be exported for further analysis by an external program (e.g. MS Excel).


The Center for Borger.dk is now launching a mobile phone version og borger.dk. The mobile portal facilitates submitting questions which are answered direct from the 1881 contact centre, a phone, e-mail and chat service for the public.
