In connection with the use of mobile services offered by Unwire but paid by you, Unwire would very much like to hear from you if you think you have experienced violation of the law or violation of the trade agreement on mobile services or any other offensive behaviour.

In order for us to treat your email seriously, it is necessary that your email contains information about the name of the service, where and how you have seen it marketed, date and if possible also time of your use, the amount in question, what the problem is, and the mobile number used.
